About Us

I’m a Rottweiler owner who moved from Asia to Europe a few years ago, when my furry companion was just two years old. Back then, I often heard how expensive and complicated it could be to move abroad with a pet. Some friends even offered to adopt her, thinking it might be too difficult to bring her along.

But that was never an option.

To us, she’s not just a pet — she’s family. Her whole world revolves around us, and we couldn’t imagine abandoning her. So, instead of focusing on our own visa arrangements first, I immediately began researching how to relocate with my dog. Private jets were out of our budget, so I searched for other, more practical options.

Thankfully, I discovered a small community of pet owners who selflessly shared their knowledge and experiences. With their guidance, I was able to navigate the process smoothly and affordably, bringing my dog with me as we started a new life together.

Now, we’re planning to travel again — this time for leisure — and once again, I found myself collecting all the necessary information. That’s why I created Pet Can Travel: a space to share what I’ve learned and to show others that traveling with your pet isn’t as hard as it seems.
